Therapy Services Wolverhampton
Therapy
Those coming to counselling, particularly if they have had no experience of counselling or only second hand knowledge, will have any number of questions to ask. Although I have endeavoured to put as much information as possible on this website, there will always be questions. I hope that to put you mind at ease and without any obligation on your part, that you would take the opportunity to give me a call or email me (see Contact page). In doing so you could decide how you feel about moving forward with counselling.
Perhaps the most significant question that someone would ask is whether I can help them. In order to go some way to answering this, I have set out on my Counselling page, just some of the reasons that people come to counselling. On my Testimonials page you can get a sense of just some of the reasons that people have come to counselling and how they saw it helping them.
Fees
I charge £45 per counselling hour which lasts 50 mins, which would be face to face.
I offer concessionary rates dependent on circumstances.
Duration of therapy
I feel I would be doing clients a disservice by claiming that progress can be achieved by some specific defined time period. However I would say that in general that although I offer medium to long term therapy, progress can sometimes be made in the short term. The length of therapy would be an important question of any initial conversation or consultation, which by its nature would have to be a two way collaborative process.
